The Crawfish Cowboy was born in February 2022-- originally as a tattoo symbolizing a love for crawfish boils and the spirit of the South. Before the brand took shape, we were cooking crawfish for local fundraisers and friends. The unique idea of blending a crawfish and a cowboy came to life as both a tattoo and a brand identity. What started as backyard boils quickly turned into a buzzworthy name. In our first year, we focused on selling live crawfish to friends, family, and their extended networks, laying the groundwork for something bigger.
2023 was a breakthrough year. Crawfish Cowboy began catering larger events, including a special cookout for country artist Zach Bryan and his band. During his New Orleans performance, the band's fiddler player proudly wore Crawfish Cowboy gear on stage, marking a major moment for our brand.
We specialize in live and cooked crawfish! Located as a pop-up venue in north Texas! Since we only sell fresh live products, we are seasonal! Following our social media is the best way to stay up to date on our ventures!
